I am engaged to a filippina who was previously married but has had her marriage anulled. She has two children from her previous marriage. She wants
to move to US and get married here, however, I am concerned that her ex husband will not allow her to take the children out of country.
If the marriage has been anulled and she has primary physical custody, does she still need her ex-husbands premission to take the kids out of the country?
I am afraid that he would not grant permission as a means of keeping his ex in the country.
