Thanks Paul...I know you are enjoying your time with wifey;)

I am nearly completing my 2nd year here in the UK. Next week I will be submitting my application form and documents for the ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) visa. But I am a bit in a dilemma because of the ongoing postal strike which will ensure to delay my submission via post. Hopefully the Home Office will take it into consideration on the basis of the circumstance is beyond my control.

Anyway, yes...I am enjoying every minute of my life here with my husband and daughter who just recently entered Year 7. Britain, as any other country, is not flawless so I look more into the blessings than the negative side of it. I appreciate the beauty of autumn and winter...the traffic is not as horrendous as back home:lol ...there is a sense of fairness where I work so all my hardwork is appreciated as well and nicely rewarded...I am enjoying watching football and rugby and would you believe I joined a fantasy football league my husband set-up :rollin ...I love the colourful flowers everywhere...people queueing up...car boot sales...the diversity of people (I have multi-cultural friends.)...oh gosh, so much to say which might require a big space for it:D .

Again thanks Paul.

cheers
joy:)
